Description of the training programme: The fellow will attend symptomatic and screening assessment clinics, results clinics including oncoplastic and reconstructive discussions and decision making processes. They will also contribute and participate to the local MDT and the research projects ongoing in the Breast Unit. They will be rotating in the various theatres as to maximise the exposure to the range of the Oncolplastic and Reconstructive surgical techniques offered by the unit. There will also be the possibility to shadow the Radiologist assessing breast imagings and learn localization techniques of impalpable lesions.
